Lindsay has had a dynamic career as a Registered Dietitian with more than a decade of experience in clinical and leadership roles within the public healthcare system in Northern BC.
As an athlete herself, Lindsay is skilled at balancing principles of sports nutrition with the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with food.
