Edamame Hummus

Assembly time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup frozen edamame beans, pre-shucked

  • 2 cups spinach, tightly packed

  • 2-3 cloves garlic

  • ½ cup tahini

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp oil (flax, walnut, hempseed, ect)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp tamari

  • 1-2 tsp asain chilli garlic sauce (or other hot sauce)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • black pepper to taste

Directions:

Steam edamame beans until bright green and thawed. Mix everything else together in a food processor and enjoy. Tastes even better the next day.
