Overnight Oats Cocoa Banana Smoothie
This creamy smoothie uses overnight oats to keep you feeling satisfied for hours.
Cocoa nibs provide a chocolately flavour without added sweetness.

½ cup rolled oats or oat blend
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup milk
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
2 Tbsp ground cocoa nibs
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
1 cup ice
Blend oats to the consistency of a flour in a food processor or blender.
Combine blended oats with yogurt and milk and refrigerate overnight.
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender and enjoy immediately.
Like it sweeter? Use a flavoured yogurt of your choice.
Don’t have cocoa nibs? Use ground cocoa instead.
